1. Engagement & Acceptance

By accessing the SACI Web website or entering into a software development contract with SACI Web, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our standard Statement of Work (SOW) master services agreements.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a formal written agreement, upon complete settlement of all agreed project milestones and invoices, all bespoke source code, static frontend assets, and custom CMS implementations built exclusively for the client become the sole property of the client.

3. Performance & SLA Warranties

SACI engineers websites following rigorous modern web standards (HTML5, vanilla CSS, fast Core Web Vitals). We provide comprehensive warranty windows following deployment to rectify any verifiable discrepancies between approved architectural specifications and final deliverable builds.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SACI Web, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from third-party server downtime, hosting interruptions, or unauthorized modifications made by client personnel after project handover.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
